Musa Entertainment LLC ("Musa Entertainment", "nosotros", "nos" o "nuestro"), titular de la marca y proyecto artístico Luzía, le da la bienvenida. Estos Términos del Servicio ("Términos") rigen su acceso y uso de nuestro sitio web, la compra de nuestros productos y boletos, y su participación en pop-ups, conciertos, eventos y colaboraciones de marca. Al acceder a nuestro sitio o realizar una compra, usted acepta estos Términos en su totalidad. Si no está de acuerdo, no utilice el sitio ni realice compras.

1. Aceptación de los Términos

Estos Términos constituyen un acuerdo vinculante entre usted y Musa Entertainment LLC. Pueden aplicar términos adicionales a ciertos productos, eventos o promociones; en caso de conflicto, los términos específicos prevalecerán sobre estos para esa transacción en particular.

2. Elegibilidad y edad

Para comprar en nuestro sitio debe tener al menos 18 años de edad y la capacidad legal para celebrar un contrato vinculante. 5. Envíos, devoluciones y reembolsos

Los envíos se rigen por nuestra Política de Envío y las devoluciones y reembolsos por nuestra Política de Reembolso y Devolución, las cuales forman parte de estos Términos. Le recomendamos revisarlas antes de comprar.

6. Eventos, conciertos y boletos

La compra de boletos y la asistencia a nuestros eventos están sujetas a estos Términos y a las reglas del recinto. Nos reservamos el derecho de admisión y de retirar a cualquier asistente que comprometa la seguridad o el desarrollo del evento. La asistencia a eventos en vivo implica riesgos inherentes que usted asume voluntariamente. Los eventos pueden ser fotografiados, grabados o transmitidos; al asistir, usted autoriza el uso de su imagen y voz captadas de forma incidental en dichos materiales, sin compensación. Las condiciones de reembolso de boletos, incluidos los conciertos de ubicación secreta, se establecen en nuestra Política de Reembolso y Devolución. Priorizamos la compra de boletos para fans y nos oponemos a la reventa de boletos por servicios externos ajenos a la divulgación y el desarrollo cultural y musical; los boletos obtenidos mediante reventa no autorizada pueden ser invalidados.

7. Propiedad intelectual

8. Contenido del usuario

Si publica reseñas, comentarios, fotografías, etiquetas en redes sociales u otro contenido relacionado con nosotros ("Contenido del Usuario"), usted conserva su titularidad, pero nos concede una licencia mundial, no exclusiva, libre de regalías, transferible y sublicenciable para usar, reproducir, exhibir y distribuir dicho contenido con fines de promoción y operación de nuestra marca. Usted declara que tiene los derechos necesarios sobre ese contenido y que no infringe derechos de terceros. 9. Conducta prohibida

10. Enlaces y servicios de terceros

Nuestro sitio puede contener enlaces a sitios, plataformas o servicios de terceros (por ejemplo, streaming, redes sociales o venta de boletos). No controlamos ni respondemos por dichos terceros ni por sus términos, contenidos o prácticas. El uso que haga de ellos es bajo su propia responsabilidad.

11. Descargo de garantías

El sitio, los productos y los servicios se ofrecen "tal cual" y "según disponibilidad". Algunas jurisdicciones no permiten la exclusión o renuncia total de ciertas responsabilidades o de ciertos derechos del consumidor —por ejemplo, los relativos a dolo, fraude o a lesiones personales o muerte causadas por negligencia—. 14. Resolución de disputas: arbitraje y renuncia a acciones colectivas

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, your purchase of our products and tickets, and your participation in pop-ups, concerts, events, and brand partnerships. By accessing our site or making a purchase, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the site or make purchases.

1. Acceptance of the Terms

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Musa Entertainment LLC. Additional terms may apply to certain products, events, or promotions; in case of conflict, the specific terms will prevail over these for that particular transaction.

2. Eligibility and age

Payments are processed through third-party providers; an order is deemed accepted when payment is confirmed. Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund and Return Policy, both of which form part of these Terms. We recommend reviewing them before purchasing.

6. Events, concerts, and tickets

The purchase of tickets and attendance at our events are subject to these Terms and to venue rules. We reserve the right of admission and to remove any attendee who compromises the safety or conduct of the event. Attendance at live events involves inherent risks that you voluntarily assume. Events may be photographed, recorded, or broadcast; by attending, you authorize the use of your image and voice incidentally captured in such materials, without compensation. Ticket refund conditions, including secret-location shows, are set out in our Refund and Return Policy. We prioritize ticket purchases for fans and oppose ticket resale by outside services that are harmful to cultural and musical outreach and development; tickets obtained through unauthorized resale may be voided.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the site and in our materials — including music, lyrics, recordings, names, trademarks, logos, designs, photographs, videos, artwork, and text — is owned by Musa Entertainment LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted no rights to such content beyond personal, non-commercial use of the site. Copying, reproducing, distributing, modifying, publicly displaying, sampling, or creating derivative works without our prior written authorization is prohibited.

8. User content

You expressly waive your right to sue and agree not to bring or participate in any lawsuit, legal action, or judicial proceeding against the released parties regarding such matters.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Musa Entertainment LLC, Luzía, and their collaborators shall not be liable for, nor obligated to pay any indemnity, refund, or compensation for, damages of any kind — direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive, including loss of profits, data, or reputation — arising out of or relating, directly or indirectly, to the products, the services, the tickets, or the events.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the full exclusion or waiver of certain liabilities or certain consumer rights — for example, those relating to willful misconduct, fraud, or personal injury or death caused by negligence. Only to the extent strictly required by such mandatory law will the waivers and limitations above not apply; in all other respects they apply to their fullest extent, and where liability cannot be entirely excluded, our total aggregate liability will be limited to the amount you paid for the product or ticket giving rise to the claim.

13. Indemnification

Any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the site, the products, the tickets, or the events will be resolved through binding, individual arbitration, administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, seated in the State of Florida, rather than in court, unless the law provides otherwise. 17. General provisions
